50 :: 365

In honor of my 50th day doing Project: 365, I've taken the liberty to put my culinary skills to the test and cook you some dinner! Too bad you can't taste it... What you're seeing here is pan-seared salmon topped with basil butter and sprinkled with ground pepper. Steamed white rice with a dash of garlic salt and lemon pepper accompanied the salmon with a precise blend of soy sauce and olive oil. Oh, and feel free to squeeze a few drops from the thinly sliced lemons, if you'd like. And the marinade? That's my little secret. Enjoy!
