Oh SNAAAAP! What are THESE?! Well, for those of you who know what you're looking at, no explanation is needed. And you already know how delicious these are. But for those of you who are still staring blankly at your computer screen scratching your head, allow me to introduce you to beignets. Pronounced "bin-yays" these deep-fried French pastries are sprinkled to perfection with powdered sugar. Think of them as French doughnuts. You can get them from Downtown Disney in Anaheim or you can purchase the mix. If you want to find out where to get the mix locally, ask me and MAYBE I'll tell you... I'm having fun with this cooking thing. It's actually pretty therapeutic.
