A multitude of people gathered up and down Yorba Linda Boulevard to pay respects to a fallen Marine. Lance Corporal Rick Centanni lost his life in service to our country shortly before his 20th birthday. He was killed in Afghanistan last week by an improvised explosive device that also claimed the life of 45-year-old Marine Sergeant Major Robert Cottle. Both of them were from my city. My prayers go out to all the families who have loved ones in the military. May they come home safely. God bless all those who have laid down their lives for our freedoms.
