Ahhhh, San Francisco... Good weather seems to follow us wherever we go! My buddy Eric needed to get away for a day after he finished his mid-terms so we hopped on a flight to San Francisco to meet up with our friend Akenese. We heard that there was a free zipline in the city so we went to check it out. I would have loved to dangle in the air, skimming people's heads at 50 miles per hour. But when we found out how long the line was, we figured we'd try it some other time. At the world-famous Fisherman's Wharf, we had the obligatory clam chowder in the sourdough bread bowl. The highlight of the day was the spur-of-the-moment bike rentals. Each of us rented a bike and pedaled it across the Golden Gate Bridge and over to a quaint little bayside town called Sausalito where we caught our breath (and some milkshakes!) I'd do that scenic ride again in a second.
